In accordance with her multi-modality and evidence-based, each patient receives a personalised treatment plan enabling them to successfull long-term positive change to be achieved.

Amy is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyle choices and the elimination of habits that harm rather than heal. A subject she is particularly fond of is the promotion of organic foods and non-toxic lifestyle choices, as far as possible.

This requires awareness and education. Shopping for organic produce or in accordance with the 'dirty dozen and clean 15’ is one of the most proactive choices we can make to take care of our health and the health of our children. Amy aims to educate and encourage people to return to more traditional less toxic lifestyle choices.

Amy places a special emphasis on women 's health and well-being

In particular the management and treatment of reproductive disorders, including conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, and PMS. Amy aims to help women understand and care for their body's naturally, to assist them in becoming aware of hormone-related conditions, and how to better manage them.

Her passion for helping women stems from personal experience

“In 2017 I received a diagnosis of stage four endometriosis. Since then, I have worked hard to control the condition, I have broadened my understanding of the topic through research and testing, and discovered some surprisingly effective new remedies along the way. These past few years have taught me many things, I now have the knowledge to share, and I wish to help as many women as possible who are suffering from similar conditions ".
